The Ministry of Justice announced that the Special Court for Addressing State Land Grabbing Cases in the Central Zone has ruled that 15,027 jeribs of land in Yusuf Khail District of Paktika Province belong to the state.

According to the ministry, the ruling was issued after the court reviewed land ownership documents, property records, and other relevant evidence.

The land is located about seven kilometers from Mest village in Yusuf Khail District.

After examining documents submitted by the occupants and the commission, along with land registry records and information from the relevant authorities, the court concluded that the entire area is classified as “Baland Aaba” and is state-owned.

The court ordered the occupants to surrender the land to the relevant commission.
