Sources within the ISI have confirmed to Hindukush Voice that the Pakistani intelligence agency (ISI) intends to carry out these assassinations through its operatives in the province of Zahedan, Iran.

The source cites the reason for this action, according to Pakistani intelligence, as the involvement of the Revolutionary Guards in the recent unrest and killings in Balochistan, particularly the attack on the Jaffar Express.

The ISI believes that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards support Baloch militants fighting against Pakistan and collaborate with them in attacks on the Pakistani army, police, and intelligence.

According to the mentioned information, three important commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Zahedan, Sarang Pasdar Mohammad Reza Nakhaei, Sajjad Bandizahi, and Colonel Hossein Peyvast, are on the list of targets that Pakistani intelligence is attempting to assassinate.

The source adds that the ISI has made secret contacts with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, which has a history of carrying out assassinations and targeted killings in Iran, to carry out these assassinations. These operations will be conducted in coordination between both parties and may be executed very soon.

This comes at a time when Pakistani officials had previously blamed the Jaffar Express incident on Afghanistan, claiming that the attack was planned in Afghanistan.
