Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen’s Houthi movement, warned that any military presence of the Zionist regime in Somaliland would be regarded as a legitimate military target.
He said the Zionist regime is seeking to exploit Somalia’s strategic geographic position, particularly its proximity to the Gulf of Aden and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, to advance its objectives, warning that such actions pose a serious threat to regional security.
The Houthis had similarly voiced strong opposition to reports concerning the Zionist regime’s move toward recognizing Somaliland.
