    Khost Security Forces Sieze Significant Amount of Illegal Weapons and Arrest 34

    Over the past six months, the Counter-Terrorism Directorate in Khost province has conducted a series of special operations across the provincial capital and 12 districts. These operations have resulted in the discovery and seizure of illegal government weapons and ammunition.

    The Khost Police Command reported that the seized items include 15 Kalashnikov rifles, 2 rocket launchers, 2 PK machine guns, 2 M16 rifles, 5 pistols, 14 hand grenades, and hundreds of mortar shells, PK, and Kalashnikov rounds, along with various other military equipment.

    Furthermore, 34 individuals have been arrested in connection with these military supplies and have been referred to judicial authorities along with their case files.
