    Agreement Signed for Construction of Two Reservoir Dams in Herat

    The Ministry of Water and Energy announced in a statement that Minister Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor signed an agreement with Mohammad Hussain Osmani, president of a private company named Ishaq Sudais, for the construction of two reservoir dams in Herat, named “Tazurbid and Wakhil.”

    According to the statement, the company will collaborate with the Ministry of Water and Energy to begin the survey, design, and construction of the reservoir dams based on the agreement.
