The head of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, has expressed his willingness to meet with John Ratcliffe, the Director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Speaking to the TASS news agency, Naryshkin stated that Russia is always open to dialogue.
It is worth noting that U.S. President Donald Trump appointed John Ratcliffe, the former Director of National Intelligence, as the head of the CIA.
