    Over 5,500 Cases Addressed in the Past 10 Months, Says Ministry

    The Ministry for Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Complaint Handling has made significant progress in addressing public concerns. According to ministry spokesperson Saif Khyber, the process of addressing complaints continues to move forward efficiently.

    Over the past 10 months, a total of 14,177 complaints have been registered. Out of these, 5,755 cases have been successfully resolved, 2,720 are currently under review, and 1,632 have been referred to relevant authorities for further action.

    Mr. Khyber added that among the registered complaints, 4,044 were received through telephone.
