According to Indian media reports, Qatar’s Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, has arrived in India for a two-day visit. He was welcomed at Indira Gandhi International Airport by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Reports indicate that a delegation of Qatari business leaders is accompanying the Emir on this visit.
This marks Sheikh Tamim’s second visit to India, with his first trip taking place in 2015.
