The National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) has reported that the Asan Khedmat (easy service) Center in the United Arab Emirates has issued electronic ID cards to 3,700 Afghan citizens. This distribution includes 3,450 new electronic ID cards, services provided to 270 individuals post-distribution, and corrections made to 650 paper-based ID cards.

The NSIA also noted that approximately 60 Afghans residing in Canada, the United States, European countries, and the UAE visit the center daily to address issues related to their electronic ID cards and identity documentation.
