Reports indicate that the Sudanese army has gained control over strategic areas in Khartoum, advancing toward the presidential palace and further tightening the blockade against the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

Army Commander Nasr al-Din Abdel Fattah stated that his forces are close to completing the third phase of operations and will soon liberate the remaining areas of Khartoum.

Meanwhile, RSF leader Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, known as “Hemedti,” has vowed that his forces will not withdraw from the presidential palace or Khartoum under any circumstances.
