Power’s Struggle in the Resistance Front; Conflicts among Leaders and Commanders

From the very first days of the emergence of the political factions and parties in the country, to the last breaths of the fallen republic, conflicts and disputes among these factions have been a common occurrence. Instead of serving the people and securing public interests, they have turned into arenas for power-seeking, endless rivalries, and the departing of opponents.

After the fall of the republic, not only did these defeated parties and factions fail to unite against the Taliban, but deep divisions have also emerged among their members.

Disagreements and discord among the followers of the Resistance Front exist from the highest ranks to the lowest individuals, and over time, these divisions have not only persisted but have also expanded further each day.

However, these disputes among the claimants of the hollow Resistance Front have been based on securing their personal interests, and whenever they have seen their own interests at risk, they have turned against each other and occasionally revealed each other’s true faces.

A few days ago, “Voice of Hindukush” uncovered severe disputes at the leadership level of this front, between Amrullah Saleh and Ahmad Massoud, to the extent that, according to the report by “Voice of Hindukush,” intense arguments have occurred between them.

Continuing the disputes and conflicts among the followers of the Resistance Front, “Voice of Hindu Kush” has obtained an audio clip from Ikramuddin Sari, one of the commanders of the Resistance Front in Iran, in which severe arguments between the members of this group are evident.

These disputes are so serious that they are attempting to physically eliminate each other, while in their false slogans, they talk about unity and cohesion in the fight against the Taliban.

Ikramuddin Sari, in this audio file, uses insulting and harsh words against Fazl-ar-Rabi Rahmani, another member of the Resistance Front, whom he claims is known by the “Mubariz.”

He urges his supporters in Iran to beat “Mubariz” so that it serves as a lesson for other members of the Resistance group. According to Sari: “I tell all of you that wherever you find (Mubariz), slap him ten times on the face to silence him.”

Aside from the obvious differences among the members of the Resistance Front, what is known from the remarks is that the members of the Resistance Front, despite the repeated denials of Iranian officials, are still active in this country.

It seems that now, with Western countries, especially the United States, having turned their backs on the opponents of the caretaker government, they have no choice but to become subservient to Iran and Pakistan, and through this, they want to secure their interests for a little longer with hollow slogans of resistance.

This chaotic situation in the Resistance Front indicates its last breaths and reveals that the internal structure of the Resistance Front is not only lacking cohesion and unified leadership but also resembles a loose and opportunistic coalition rather than a coherent movement committed to a national goal, contrary to their claims.

Considering the events that have occurred among the members of the Resistance Front these days, it is clear and evident that this front, contrary to its claims, is more entangled in internal rivalries and conflicts than in fighting the Taliban, with new controversies arising among its followers every day.
