Sources from Voice of Hindukush in North Waziristan report that yesterday, from morning until evening, the Pakistani Taliban clashed heavily with military militias in the Shauze Bodar area of the Goryum district, where the military had been preparing for a raid. The confrontation resulted in the killing of three government soldiers, with several others wounded.

The source also noted that the Pakistani Taliban suffered no casualties. However, as is often the case, the military militias targeted civilians and homes. A mortar shell hit one house, martyring a woman and injuring two children.
