The Ministry of Interior announced that officers from the Anti-Criminal Offenses Department under Khost Police Command rescued a young man who had been chained and imprisoned by his three brothers and paternal uncle in the Zazi Maidan district.
The ministry added that his uncle has been arrested in connection with the case, and efforts are underway to arrest others involved in the case.
