    Delegation from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Participates in International Digital Conference in Russia

    A delegation from Afghanistan’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, led by Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration, Mullah Mohammad Hanif Hamza, participated in an international digital conference held in Russia.

    Ministry spokesperson Enayatullah Alokozai on his X page stated that the conference was attended by senior officials, experts and investors from dozens of countries, focusing on sectors including telecommunications, digital technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, the digital economy and good governance.

    In his address, Deputy Minister Hamza discussed Afghanistan’s recent advancements in the technology sector and outlined the challenges currently facing the country.
