    Ministry of Higher Education: Two Major Tatarstan Universities to Sign Academic and Research Agreements with Leading Afghan Universities

    Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryoubi, Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs of Higher Education, visited Kazan National Research Technical University and Kazan Federal University on the sidelines of the 3rd International Forum of Ministers of Higher Education in Tatarstan.

    According to a press release from the Ministry of Higher Education, Al-Aryoubi discussed expanding bilateral academic, research, academic and educational cooperation with officials from these universities.

    The statement noted that the universities’ officials committed to signing agreements with Afghanistan’s leading universities. These agreements will focus on strengthening academic and research relations, developing joint programs, ensuring quality assurance, facilitating faculty exchanges, sharing curricula for new programs, publishing academic articles, and collaborating in other academic and research areas.
