    Nuristan’s 10 Kilograms of Beryllium Sold for Over Three Million Afghanis

    Officials from Nuristan’s Mines and Petroleum Directorate have confirmed that 10 kilograms of beryllium, extracted from the Pashgardarai mines in Nurgram district, were sold through an open auction for 3.025 million Afghanis.

    Seyed Rahim Ameer, director of the Directorate, stated that 302,500 Afghanis from the auction revenue have been deposited into the country treasury.

    He further emphasized the Directorate’s commitment to conducting professional mining operations and ensuring transparent sales in Nuristan’s mineral sector.
