The Panjshir Directorate of Mines and Petroleum has announced the discovery of a new gold mine in the Paryan district of the province.
Mohammad Qasim Amiri, the head of the department, stated that the mine was recently identified by technical teams in the Kalkwa area of Paryan district.
Meanwhile, the Panjshir Directorate of Information and Culture has noted that mining areas in the province, particularly those rich in precious stones, are expanding day by day.
