Afghan government spokesman, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, strongly reacted to recent statements made by the spokesperson of the Pakistani military, calling them far from reality and inconsistent with the standards of a responsible military position.

Mujahid urged the relevant Pakistani institutions to refrain from deviating from official positions and, instead of making baseless propaganda about Afghanistan, to focus on resolving their internal issues.

He stated that Afghanistan is a sovereign and stable country with a strong security structure and capable leadership, exercising full authority over its entire territory.

Mujahid clearly told the Pakistani side that any remarks interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs and the use of threatening language are never acceptable to the Afghan nation.

He also called on the relevant Pakistani institutions to adopt a responsible stance and measured language, considering the sensitivity of relations between the two countries.
