The High Commission for Refugees affairs reported that on Saturday, a total of 452 refugee families, totaling 2,482 individuals, returned to Afghanistan through several border crossings.
The commission stated that these families entered Afghanistan via Torkham, Spin Boldak, Bahramcha, Warechmo Pul, and Islam Qala crossings.
This follows a similar incident the previous day, when more than 500 refugee families were forcibly expelled from Iran and Pakistan and returned to Afghanistan.
