The Deputy Spokesperson of the Afghan Government, Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, says that the Afghan government has taken firm steps toward eliminating administrative corruption and establishing transparency. He stated that the level of corruption has significantly decreased compared to the past and that notable achievements have been made.

According to him, some institutions that do not have representation or presence in Afghanistan make speculative judgments based on assumptions rather than ground realities and credible sources, which are not accurate.

Mr. Fitrat expressed hope that these institutions would come to Afghanistan and see for themselves how effectively the government has worked to simplify administrative procedures, eliminate corruption, and ensure transparency.
