    Iranian Investors to Invest in Afghanistan’s Mineral Resources

    Iran’s Deputy Minister of Petroleum, Syed Ali Mousavi, said in a meeting with Abdul Rahman Qanit, Deputy Minister for Programs and Policy at the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, that Iranian investors are investing in the extraction, processing, and development of Afghanistan’s mineral resources.

    According to a statement from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Mousavi stated that Iranian companies are ready to provide training to Afghan engineers in the oil and gas sectors.

    The ministry’s deputy, Abdul Rahman Qanit, assured the Iranian side of full cooperation in accordance with the country’s mining laws and procedures.
