    Heavy Precipitation Forecast in 29 Provinces of the Country

    The Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Transport and Aviation has forecast snow, rain, and strong winds in 29 provinces of the country for tomorrow (Sunday).

    The provinces include Herat, Farah, Nimroz, Badghis, Ghor, Helmand, Kandahar, Zabul, Uruzgan, Daikundi, Faryab, Jawzjan, Balkh, Samangan, Sar-e Pol, Bamyan, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Paktika, Khost, Paktia, Logar, Parwan, Baghlan, Nangarhar, Takhar, Nuristan, and Badakhshan.

    It has been stated that rainfall in different areas will range from 10 to 35 millimeters, while snowfall is expected to range from 10 to 30 centimeters.

    The Meteorology Department has also forecast strong winds in the southern, central, and northern provinces of the country, with speeds reaching between 50 and 70 kilometers per hour.
