Reports say that Ukrainian forces carried out heavy airstrikes last night on Russian oil facilities in the port city of Novorossiysk.
It is reported that the attacks caused a large fire at the port, damaged technical equipment, and disrupted the transportation of oil.
Novorossiysk is considered one of Russia’s key maritime ports for oil exports.
Meanwhile, Krasnodar Governor Veniamin Kondratyev stated that eight people, including two children, were injured in the attack.
