    Standards and Quality Authority Chief Leads Delegation On Official Visit to Azerbaijan

    The Standards and Quality Authority has announced that its head, Mawlawi Fayzullah Tamim, has led a delegation on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

    According to the authority, the visit is aimed at strengthening the import of high-quality petroleum products and other commercial goods into Afghanistan.

    During the visit, Mr. Tamim and his accompanying delegation held discussions with officials of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).

    SOCAR officials, during the meeting, pledged to increase exports of high-quality petroleum products to Afghanistan and to further expand cooperation in this sector.

    The Standards and Quality Authority reiterated its commitment to facilitating the import of standard-compliant and high-quality petroleum and other commercial goods into the country, while also working to prevent the entry of substandard products.
