Arab media outlets report that Nickolay Mladenov, the head of the Gaza Peace Council, has proposed a new initiative to help resolve the Gaza crisis and move forward with the implementation of the October 2025 agreement.
Under the proposal, the Zionist regime would be required to withdraw from Gaza within six months. In exchange, all Palestinian armed groups, including Hamas, would surrender their weapons to an international committee.
Mladenov warned that this represents the final opportunity to save Gaza, adding that failure to reach an agreement within the next two weeks could lead to the outbreak of a renewed and bloody conflict in the region.
