Pakistani activists and media outlets reported that Lahore Police arrested Muhammad Raza Dar, the grandson of Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, over charges of kidnapping, gang rape, and extortion involving two foreign women.

According to the reports, the police case states that the two women, one a French national and the other a Venezuelan national, met Muhammad Raza Dar in Singapore in 2025 and later traveled to Pakistan at his invitation. The reports further claim that the women were abducted on June 29, robbed of cash, subjected to gang rape and extortion, and threatened with death and the sale of their organs.

Neither the Pakistani government nor Ishaq Dar has issued an official statement regarding the allegations. The case remains under investigation, and the full details of the case have yet to be established.
