Turkey’s Anadolu Agency reported that U.S. President Donald Trump warned that if Iran attempts to assassinate the President of the United States or carries out such an attempt, Washington will respond with a severe military reaction.
According to Anadolu, Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social, that 1,000 missiles are targeted and ready to be launched toward the Islamic Republic of Iran, and that additional missiles would be launched if Iran takes any such action.
Trump claimed that the U.S. military is prepared, capable, and ready for prolonged operations against Iran, adding that, if necessary, the United States could devastate large parts of Iran.
According to the report, Trump made these remarks amid rising tensions between Iran and the United States and growing concerns over the possibility of military attacks.
