As tensions between the United States and Iran continue to escalate, Washington is deploying dozens of additional aerial refueling aircraft to Israel to further strengthen the country’s air capabilities for potential military operations.
According to reports, around 60 U.S. aerial refueling aircraft are currently stationed at Ben Gurion and Ramon airports in Israel, with more expected to arrive in the coming days. The White House is also reportedly evaluating various military options, including potential strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities and other key infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Iran has described the recent U.S. actions as provocative and warned that any attack against it would be met with a strong and reciprocal response. Tehran stated that it would target U.S. interests and those of its allies across the region.
These tensions come as the security situation in the Strait of Hormuz continues to deteriorate, heightening concerns about the possibility of a broader war in the Middle East.
