Sources say that a high-level delegation from Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense, led by Chief Inspector Lieutenant General Mufti Lotfullah Hakimi, has departed for Beijing to attend the 13th Xiangshan International Security Forum in China.
Hakimi is expected to represent Afghanistan officially at the international forum, deliver a speech at the conference, and hold meetings with senior delegations from various countries.
The Xiangshan International Security Forum was established by China in 2006, with the stated aim of strengthening regional security and defense cooperation and diplomacy.
