Afghanistan’s Ministry of Information and Culture said Deputy Minister for Tourism, Finance and Administration Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal met with Qatar’s Ambassador to Afghanistan, Dr. Ali Mardaf Al-Qaashouti, in Kabul to discuss ways to strengthen tourism ties between the two countries.
The meeting focused on promoting Afghanistan’s natural, historical and tourist attractions and establishing a formal framework for tourism cooperation between the two countries.
The Qatari ambassador stressed the importance of cultural ties between Afghanistan and Qatar and called for continued engagement to further expand bilateral cooperation.
