Anadolu Agency reported that Yemen’s Houthi forces launched attacks on several airports and military facilities in Saudi Arabia using ballistic missiles and drones.
Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree said several drones targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, claiming the attack disrupted air traffic. He added that Abha International Airport and a military base in Khamis Mushait were also targeted in two separate attacks, causing damage to the military base.
Saree said multiple ballistic missiles and drones were also launched at three military camps, including Al-Gharar and Al-Mawsim in Jizan and Akifah in Asir.
Meanwhile, the Saudi-led coalition said it intercepted a ballistic missile launched toward Riyadh north of the city.
