    Afghan and Uzbek Leaders Hold Talks on Enhancing Bilateral Relations and Regional Connectivity

    In Tashkent, Afghanistan’s Ambassador, Sheikh Abdul Ghafar Bahr, held discussions with Jolan Vahabov, Uzbekistan’s Vice President, and the head of the Central Asian International Institute.

    The Afghan Embassy in Uzbekistan reported that the meeting centered on enhancing bilateral relations, promoting scientific collaboration, expanding trade, improving transit, and advancing regional connectivity.

    Both sides also addressed recent attacks by the Pakistani military regime on Afghan territory, stressing the need to respect Afghanistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
