In Bishkek, Afghanistan’s Chargé d’Affaires, Mawlawi Abdul Shakoor Haqqani, held talks with Ibek Malabekovich, Head of the Fourth Political Department at Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Afghan Embassy in Kyrgyzstan reported that Haqqani noted the importance of expanding ties between Kabul and Bishkek and commended Kyrgyzstan’s role in supporting Afghanistan’s political reconciliation and regional economic cooperation.
The Kyrgyz side welcomed the deepening of bilateral political and economic ties and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Afghanistan’s stability, development, and economic growth.
