Afghanistan’s First Deputy Interior Minister, Mawlawi Mohammad Nabi Omari, held talks with Richard Lindsay, the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan, and his accompanying delegation.
According to the Ministry of Interior, the two sides discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and the wider region.
The meeting also highlighted Britain’s humanitarian assistance through the United Nations and its support for Afghan refugees.
The ministry noted that both sides stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation and fostering lasting relations.
