The Afghan Ministry of Industry and Commerce has announced that Deputy Minister Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid met with Meng Xiaoli, the head of the Chinese Business Association in Afghanistan, to enhance bilateral trade and investment cooperation.
Discussions focused on strengthening private-sector investment, facilitating trade, and improving visa issuance processes for Chinese investors and entrepreneurs. Deputy Minister Zahid emphasized the importance of streamlined coordination to accelerate China’s commercial and investment activities in Afghanistan.
