Afghanistan’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, met with India’s Minister of Industry and Commerce, Jitin Prasada, in New Delhi.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, both sides discussed cooperation in bilateral trade between Afghanistan and India and pledged to facilitate business opportunities for traders.
Additionally, both parties agreed to establish a joint trade committee between Kabul and New Delhi, which will regularly hold meetings and discussions on trade-related issues.
During the meeting, Mr. Zahid also invited the Indian side to take advantage of investment opportunities in Afghanistan and invest in various sectors.
