Dubai’s Government Media Office announced that the 24th Arab Media Summit (Arab Media Summit 2026) began today at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Dubai’s Government Media Office stated that Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa will be the guest of honour at the summit, where he will discuss the ongoing developments in his country and present his vision for its future under the title “The Future of Syria.”
The summit, which will continue until September 17, features eight different forums. Awards will also be presented during various programmes to leading and outstanding figures in Arab media and the creative industries.
