According to information received by the Hindukush Voice, it is planned that an ISI delegation will go to Turkey today. This delegation will meet with some leaders and members of various opposition factions based abroad. During this meeting, discussions will also be held about increasing coordination and close working relations between the opposition factions and the ISIS Khorasan branch.
Reliable sources within the ISI have confirmed to Hindukush Voice that the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) of Pakistan intends to further expand the ISIS project in the region, and for this purpose, several new training centers have been opened for them in Balochistan province.
Previously, ISI chief Asim Malik had also met with several leaders of the Resistance Front in Tajikistan, where the agenda included issues such as disrupting the current security in Afghanistan, recognizing the Durand Line as an official border, and increasing coordination with the ISIS group.
In the mentioned meeting, the former army chief of staff, General Qadam Shah Shaheen, was appointed by the Resistance Front to enhance coordination with ISIS. It is said that the attacks on Chinese nationals in Tajikistan and Yangi Qala were carried out in coordination between ISI, the ISIS Khorasan branch, and Qadam Shah Shaheen.
It should be noted that in connection with these attacks, several individuals from the caretaker government’s Intelligence Directorate have also been arrested and are currently under investigation; similarly, strict measures have been taken by security agencies in Afghanistan to protect Chinese nationals.
