In Shikarpur, Sindh, a group of armed thieves carried out an attack on Pakistani military regime’s police forces.
Four police officers, including a female officer, were injured in the clash, while eight attackers were killed.
The incident unfolded in the Manchar Sheikh area, police reportedly deployed drones to support the operation.
Military regime’s officials praised the attackers’ elimination a major achievement and added that security operations are ongoing.
Attacks like these are fairly common in Pakistan’s major cities, where gangs sometimes target police to seize weapons and ammunition.
