Author and military affairs expert Jaber Nomani has described Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir, intelligence chief General Asim Malik, and his deputy General Shehbaz as the main causes of the political and economic crises in Pakistan.

Mr. Nomani wrote on his X page that if Pakistan’s civilian government removes these four individuals from their positions, Pakistan will once again be able to live in peace with all its neighbors, and its internal political and economic problems will be resolved.

He added that these military officials have taken Pakistan’s president and prime minister hostage.

According to him, the hostage officials did not want to cross Afghanistan’s red lines because, as he stated, they were aware of the consequences of such aggression and understood/understand the price of it.
