The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), an armed separatist group seeking independence for Balochistan, has claimed responsibility for a series of coordinated attacks that left four Pakistani soldiers dead and three others injured.
In a statement, the group said its fighters carried out five separate operations targeting Pakistani military personnel in the Zamran and Panjgur districts of Balochistan province.
The BLA also confirmed that one of its members also lost his life during the confrontation.
Pakistani authorities have not yet issued an official statement regarding the attacks.
