The Ministry of Information and Culture has announced that Begum and Jawanan radio stations have been permitted to resume their broadcasts. This decision follows repeated requests from the stations and their commitment to the Deputy Ministry of Broadcasting.
According to the ministry, the managements of these media outlets have pledged to conduct their broadcasts the policies of the interim government and the principles of journalism. They have also assured that they will avoid any violations in the future.
It is noteworthy that the broadcasts of these radio stations were suspended several days ago by the Ministry of Information and Culture due to alleged misuse of their broadcasting licenses and collaboration with foreign-sanctioned media outlets.
