    Deadly Pakistani Taliban Attack on Military Base in South Waziristan; Ten Soldiers Killed

    Local sources in South Waziristan informed Voice of Hindukush that Pakistani Taliban fighters carried out a deadly attack on a Pakistani military base in the region, killing ten soldiers and injuring several others.

    According to the sources, the attack took place last night in the Surkhora area of Angoor Adda, South Waziristan.

    The sources further reported that, in addition to causing heavy casualties, the Pakistani Taliban also captured a significant cache of weapons and ammunition from the targeted military post.
