Afghanistan’s Defense Minister, Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, said his government does not serve as an advocate for opponents of Pakistan’s military regime.
Mujahid noted that any negotiations between the Pakistani authorities and their opponents are entirely Pakistan’s internal matter.
He warned that if Pakistan breaches agreements and carries out an attack on Afghanistan, it will be met with a response.
The minister added that Pakistan’s operations against its own internal opponents are strictly a domestic issue, emphasizing: “It does not concern us.”
