Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, held talks with a delegation led by Serik Zhumangarin, Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy.
According to a statement from the Interim Government’s spokesperson, Hamdullah Fitrat, the discussions focused on strengthening economic, trade, and transit relations between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan. The two sides also explored opportunities for expanding cooperation in infrastructure projects.
It is worth noting that the delegation, headed by Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister, arrived in Kabul today for an official visit. Tomorrow, they are scheduled to participate in a joint Afghan-Kazakh exhibition.
