According to local sources, a drone strike targeted a house last night in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan, resulting in the deaths of two children.
Three women and two other children were critically injured.
The injured were immediately transferred to a nearby medical facility, with reports indicating that some are in critical condition.
Local residents say that drone strikes by quadcopters have increased in North Waziristan and other tribal areas in recent months, with most victims being civilians.
They describe these attacks as baseless, stating that the targeted homes pose no security threat and are not occupied by any suspicious groups or armed individuals.
It is worth noting that, so far, Pakistani local authorities have not issued an official response regarding the incident.
