The Deputy Spokesman of the Afghan government, Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, stated that one civilian was martyred and a woman was injured after a mortar shell fired by the Pakistani military regime struck the Shanpat area of Nari district in Kunar.
He wrote on his X page that the incident occurred this morning at around 9:30 AM.
According to Mr. Fitrat, the same regime also opened fire on a civilian passenger vehicle in Shkin district of Paktika, but there were no casualties.
