According to a report from Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, five Israeli prisoners were handed over to Red Cross representatives today. Two of the prisoners were handed over in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, while the remaining three were handed over in the Al-Nuseirat area.

Sources also indicate that a sixth Israeli prisoner, military soldier Hisham al-Sayed, will be transferred to Red Cross representatives in Gaza City soon, without a formal ceremony.
