Da Afghanistan Bank has announced that its Governor, Mr. Noor Ahmad Agha, along with a delegation, has departed for Yekaterinburg, Russia, to participate in the International Cybersecurity Conference on Financial Matters, organized by the Ural Society.
According to the statement, the conference will take place from February 19 to 21, and will bring together representatives, experts, and researchers from various countries’ financial sectors. The discussions will focus on financial security, modern banking systems, and effective measures against cyber threats.
The statement further adds that the conference will cover topics such as enhancing security against cyberattacks, safeguarding digital banking, and developing security frameworks for emerging technologies.
Through participation in this conference, Da Afghanistan Bank aims to gain new insights into cybersecurity and strengthen security measures for the country’s banking sector.
