The Hindustan Times, an Indian media outlet, reported that Harish Parvataneni, India’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, said in relation to the attack on a drug rehabilitation hospital in Kabul that Pakistan has a longstanding record of violence, which he called genocidal conduct against civilians.
He stated that 750 civilians have been killed or injured as a result of Pakistani attacks on Afghanistan.
Referring to the recent strike on a drug rehabilitation hospital in Kabul, he said, “Pakistan carried out a brutal airstrike on the Hope Drug Rehabilitation Hospital in Kabul, resulting in the killing of 269 civilians.”
